Waiting For You
04:09
|
|||
I`m waiting for you baby
I`m waiting for you now
I`m waiting for you baby
I`m waiting for you now
I`ve been waiting for so long
Never thought you`d come along
I`ve been waiting for so long
So I`m giving you my song
I`m waiting for you ...
I`ve been waiting every day
Never thought you`d come my way
I`ve been waiting every night
And I wish it`d be all right
I was a boy who`d never been lonely
I was a boy that never had to care
You are a girl the one and the only
The only girl that has to be there
I was so sure of what I was doing
Suddenly you came
Changing my whole life
I`m waiting for you ...
Now my waiting soon is through
I`ve been doing it for you
Now I know just what to do
Because one and one is two
I`m waiting for you ...
I`m waiting for you ...

Distant Star
03:53
|
|||
Time is rushing by
While I walk in slow motion
I am wondering why
I have lost my devotion
Where did it go
Am I losing my sense
All that I know
Is the tension is tense
Distant and far
Is the light of a star
That does not say who you are
I am getting tired
Out of doing just nothing
All that I have tried
Made me get none but nothing
How did it start
Did I sense what would come
Doing my part
Was it right was it wrong
Distant and far …
Universe being quite bizarre
Never showing what you are
Like a distant star
Feeling all the pain
That has gathered through ages
Doing it again
While I’m turning the pages
Question is why
Should I bother at all
I know that I
I will rise if I fall
Distant and far …
Distant and far …
Universe being quite ...

Riding on a Rat
04:13
|
|||
I was a vehicle operator
Riding on a rat
I had a mindless cancellator
Living in my hat
It was a dead dog's cemetery
With a high heels arbitrary
Riding on a rat
Riding on a rat
When the horses have gone out
And darkness lurks behind the corner
It’s time to feel the doubt
And make a living as a mourner
What is there more to say
I gave my life away
For a penny every day
I was a vehicle operator …
When the babies are all born
The mother works in front of future
The clothing is too torn
To make it better with a suture
What is there more to say
She gives her life away
For a penny every day
She was a vehicle operator
Riding on a rat
She had a mindless cancellator
Living in a hat
It was a dead dog's cemetery
With a high heels arbitrary
Riding on a rat
Riding on a rat
Riding on a rat
Riding on a rat

Never Too Late
04:01
|
|||
It’s never too late to make a change
So why don’t wait
Wait a bit longer
When the urge to change may be stronger
And the faults seem to become wronger
They tell you to do this
They tell you to do that
If you wanna feel the bliss
Of knowing where it’s at
The theories are many
But the answers are few
Don’t know if there are any
Answers for me and you
The weakness of my mind
Is haunting me today
And I don’t know how to find
A path that’s not astray
The theories are many...
Don’t know if there are any
Answers for me and you
It’s never too late to make …
The morning is broken
The nights are all bygone
The word still is unspoken
The lights are shining on
The theories are many...
Don’t know if there are any
Answers for me and you
Don’t know if there are any
Answers for me and you

I'm the man with the radio look
My prospects ain't that good
I fell in love with a lesbian who's shaving her legs
Working at a fish store
In the neighbourhood
I'm the man with the radio look
My mirror's breaking down
And all the pieces of glass in the room swirling around
Putting me together
In the shape of a clown
If you don’t like my song
You may as well beat me up
And ask me to go to hell
Do you think I am wrong
I've got nothing to say
So there is nothing more to tell
I'm the man with the radio look
I live in a burrow town
I live my life in an indolent way shaving my nose
Making me a dreamer
With a dressing gown
If you don’t like my song …

Rock solid
Rock solid
Rock solid
Rock solid
The dance floor was moving but I was not
I stood in the backline
Don’t know why or what
I tried to give it all with everything I’ve got
The dance floor was moving but I was not
The dance floor was moving I was no part
I stood in the backline
Awaiting the chart
I tried to be my best but I was not so smart
The dance floor was moving I was no part
I had no talent for dancing around
That never was my game
I rather kept my feet on the ground
Leaving it just the same
I had no talent for dancing away
That didn’t move my soul
If I regret it I cannot say
I had it in my role
The dance floor was moving instead of me
I stood in the backline
Was so hard to see
I never found the clue I missed it constantly
The dance floor was moving instead of me
Not moving on the dance floor Rock solid
Not moving on the dance floor Rock solid
Not moving on the dance floor Rock solid
Not moving on the dance floor Rock solid
Not moving on the dance floor Rock solid
Not moving on the dance floor Rock solid
Rock solid

Lot of Time
02:38
|
|||
It`s gonna take a lot of time
It`s gonna take a lot of time
To make her mine
But I think it would eas her pain
If she was in love again
But I ain`t got that lot of time
No I ain`t got that lot of time
To make her mine
I`ll write a letter and ask her why
She`s always inside to cry
I wonder why she always cries
If she came to me
I would at least try
I`d be around a lot of times
I`d be around a lot of times
And make her mine
I`d try to make her glad again
And hope she don`t feel no pain
It`s gonna take a lot of …

Mall of Future
03:50
|
|||
Shopping in the Mall of Future
Searching for right and wrong
Too many departments
So much to choose from
In the Mall of Future
In the Mall of Future
In the Mall of Future
I see girls in jeans
In their teens
Drama queens
In between
Childhood and grown up
Childhood and grown up
Shopping in the Mall of Future ….
I see boys that bluff
Playing tough
Do their stuff
Just enough
No one believes it
No one believes it
Shopping in the Mall of Future ....
Shopping in the Mall of Future ....

Zippers
03:58
|
|||
White zippers growing on the ground
Blue zippers waiting for a sound
My zippers seem to be always down
I left the blues for some happy days
Paid my dues in so many ways
And you shoot at what is your aim
Let`s be clear life is not a game
The hes and shes and the its and whats
And a mind without stains and dots
You believe you`re a better man
Let`s be clear you`re no Letterman
When you reach the tunnel at the end of the light
And you think you`ve done everything in your might
White zippers growing …
The dollar scent felt like heaven sent
Felt so good everywhere I went
And you think it will get to you
Let`s be clear this will not be true
White zippers growing …
White zippers growing …

Questions
04:32
|
|||
Everybody wants to be a singer
Everybody wanna hit the stars
Reality is pointing you a finger
Do you know who you really are
Have you gone too far
How many songs can exist in the world
How many songs can you write
These are questions I ask to myself
To answer is not in my might
How many birds can you see in the sky
How many songs can you hear
These are questions I ask to myself
The answers are not really clear
Everybody wants to be a singer …
How many singers exist in the world
How many songs do they sing
These are questions I ask to myself
I don’t understand anything
How many people can move you to tears
How many times will you weep
These are questions I ask to myself
The answers are cutting too deep
They are writing the same song again and again
And you´re hearing the same song again and again
So you’re singing the same song again and again
Say no more
Say no more
Everybody wants to be a singer …
How many talents will know if it’s good
How many hopeful will cry
These are questions I ask to myself
The answers are fewer than why
Who are the jury and who is the judge
Who will decide what is good
These are questions I ask to myself
The answer is not carved in wood
Everybody wants to be a singer …
How many times can you bend a guitar
Before you’re breaking a string
These are questions I ask to myself

Tall and Tan
05:23
|
|||
She was tall and tan
She was young and lovely
A girl with kaleidoscope eyes
She was hard to see
Had to be good looking
Fulfilling American pies
Playing all the records
List`ning to the music
Memories of heaven
Memories of sadness
Tall and tan and pretty
Living in the city
Longing for someone to be her man
She was tall and tan
And her name was Lola
She stayed at the Heartbreak Hotel
Dancing in the street
Got the rockin' pneumonia
She went down on the highway to Hell
Playing all the records…
She could check out any time she liked
But she could never leave
She flew in from Miami on a dreadful flight
Always ready to receive
She was tall and tan
She was eight miles high
In love with a beautiful boy
He was on his knee
With a friendly diamond
He chanted his ode to joy
Playing all the records…
Longing for someone to be her man

Jamming the Blues
04:14
|
|||
Well, it's a quarter past and she ain't come yet
It's a quarter past and the table's set
I've been jamming the blues
All day long
I've been jamming the blues
And she's still gone
How long will I have to wait
I feel it's being much too late
Come on home my darling
Come on home
Come on home my darling
Come on home
I've been jamming the blues
Since she went
I've been jamming the blues
As supplement
How long will...
Well, it's a quarter past and I'm on my own
It's a quarter past shall I eat alone
I've been jamming the blues
She’s not here
I've been jamming the blues
Relieving fear
How long will...
I've been jamming the blues
Since daybreak
I've been jamming the blues
Against heartache
How long will...
Come on home my darling
Come on home

Last Day of the Year
03:32
|
|||
It’s the last day of the year
And it’s time to look around
It’s the last day of the year
Have you covered any ground
There was a time when your lucky cards were laid
Do you remember the promises you made
Did you sit back in the shade
It’s the last day of the year
And it’s time to summarize
It’s the last day of the year
Did you win another prize
All expectations you had about this year
Some have worked out and then some have disappeared
That is how life will appear
It’s the last day of the year
And it’s time to look behind
It’s the last day of the year
With experiences to find
New Years Eve
New Years Eve
The last day of the year
It’s the last day of the year
There are things you should regret
It’s the last day of the year
Don’t remember to forget
When you look back at the year that passed us by
Find what was good without asking too much why
Just give the new one a try
It’s the last day of the year
Let us leave it to the files
It’s the last day of the year
Make it better with our smiles
New Years Eve …
