Captain
03:24
|
|||
Take me to the Captain
Tell me where he is
Don’t give me he is gone
For some mysterious biz
Take me to the Captain
Give me his advice
I want to hear wisdom
At least a tiny good slice
Take me to the Captain
I know he is there
Don’t give me that bullshit
That I am losing my share
Take me to the Captain
Take me to the Captain
Take me to the Captain
Take me there
Take me to the Captain
Take me to …
Take me to the Captain
Let me see his face
I know he is somewhere
And you can show me the place
Take me to the Captain
He knows where to go
Instead of the bull crap
That I just don’t wanna know
Take me to the Captain
Take me to …
Take me to the Captain
Take me to the Captain
Take me to the Captain
Take me to the Captain

A Complex Melody
04:12
|
|||
this is no single music
this is no single tune
this is a complex melody
made in June
the notes may seem quite simple
that you have heard before
but it`s a complex melody
and what`s more
the words that I am singing
will make no change at all
this is a complex melody
hear my call
listen to my melody
it`s one you`ll remember for eternaty
yes listen to my melody
it may seem so simple
it may seem so single
but it`s a complex melody
the year`s nineteen eightytwo
the day is Tuesday night
I sing this complex melody
Of all my might
The lady works the night-shift
I sit here on my chair
And sing this complex melody
She`s not there
I know I should be sleeping
But when I went to bed
There came this complex melody
In my head
listen to my melody …

In the Schwilly
04:32
|
|||
People in the Schwilly
Helpful
More than willing
Comrades in the Schwilly
Helpful
For fulfilling
Ask the question you are thinking about
You'll get answers without any doubt
There's no question that's too far out
In the Schwilly
In the Schwilly
People in the Schwilly …
In the music we're all making our move
That's the meaning we are aiming to prove
Everybody is part of the groove
In the Schwilly
In the Schwilly
People in the Schwilly …
In the Schwilly
In the Schwilly
In the Schwilly

Too Many Love Songs
03:46
|
|||
Too many love songs in the world
Too little love is my concern
Too many love songs in the world
Yet too little love
Too many love songs to be sung
Too little fire that will burn
Too many love songs to be sung
Far too little love
How can one explain it
Why it has to be
All this hate can't they detain it
Far away from me
Hear my plea
Too many love songs in the world ...
Love will be the answer
If you're asking me
I say hate is like a cancer
Hope you will agree
Let's be free
Too many love songs to be sung ...
Hate is like a steeple
We will have to break
We must gather all the people
Try to undertake
The remake
Too many love songs in the world ...
Too many love songs to be sung ...

Faulty Personality
04:20
|
|||
Yesterday big plans were made
Suddenly the dues are paid
looking in the mirror I don't understand
How everything I wanted just got out of hand
in this respect I've got a faulty personality
in this respect I've got a faulty personality
If you want success in the life of you
I'll introduce what you'll have to do
You`ve got to be of the preferred gender
It's good for you not to be too tender
You gotta have the right experience
If you're too old it's an interference
If you want to be like you want to be
You'll have to try not to be like me
You`ve got to know how to push the button
You`ve got to know when to eat your mutton
And if you have the right companion
You won't be stuck in the fruitless canyon
Yesterday big plans were made ...
I have tried so hard in so many ways
To do it right and to win the chase
I`ve got to be in the right position
I`ve got to show what is my ambition
But if you've got the wrong conditions
It's hard to pass the right auditions
Yesterday big plans were made ...

Long Ladder
04:36
|
|||
You've got to bring a long ladder
If you wanna reach me
And make an impression
That will change the session
You've got to bring a long ladder
And climb all the way up
To see if I'm willing
To change the billing
You dream about stardom
The milk and the honey
The dos and the don'ts
You dream about stardom
The fame and the money
The pros and the cons
But you don't have a clue
What you will have to do
You've got to bring a long …
You think you are special
Your work is outstanding
The one of a kind
You think you are special
That's part of your branding
It's all in your mind
But you don't have ...
You've got to bring a long …
You're wearing sunglasses
You're secret and shady
But who is your friend
Behind your sunglasses
A different lady
Just waits for the end
You still don't have a clue
What you will have to do
You've got to bring a long …
You've got to bring a long ladder

Gurus
04:00
|
|||
Listen to the Gurus tell you what you should do
The methods are proven
The results are good
Listen to the Gurus they will give you the clue
Your days will be happy
If you understood
There are so many Gurus in the world today
Making you feel astray
I'm living in a world of fools
They fool me every night and day
They tell me to obey their rules
Because it is the only way
I'd like you all to hear my song
And make it in the industry
They tell me everything is wrong
And slap me on my bended knee
Listen to the Gurus tell you what…
The calories are haunting me
I struggle to get rid of weight
They tell me how it has to be
Before it's getting far too late
Listen to the Gurus tell you what…
There are so many Gurus in the world today
Making you feel astray
Too many Gurus today

Deadline
04:52
|
|||
I have no father so I sail where I want
The aim is broken cos it was not the deal
I write my poems it's a meaningless feat
A total stranger and I'm stuck in this squeeze
I`ve got no mother so I see who I want
And no one`s coming so I know I`m unreal
The world is dying and I just want to eat
And I’m a stranger playing all the wrong keys
Deadline
Waiting for the deadline
Deadline
Waiting for the deadline
And when the deadline comes
That's it
I have no audience so I play what I want
And no one`s listening so I say what I feel
With endless solos and a meaningless beat
A total stranger and I do what I please
I've got no future so I cry if I want
The past is over and I'm making this squeal
You say it's crazy that it's me that I cheat
But I'm a stranger I can feel my disease
Deadline …
Deadline …
That's it

Success Not Celebrity
02:40
|
|||
I write my songs and think I`m good
goody moo a goo goo oh yeah
I`m writing words that don`t mean anything
if you see them in the way that I would do
sometimes I sing love songs
and something tears away all the foolishness
a man eats his beard
and somebody`s head is feeling like a firework
morning or evening I am here
morning or evening see my fear
morning or evening call my name
morning or evening feel the shame
morning or evening know it’s true
morning or evening I’m not you
I want success not celebrity
prefer success not celebrity
I want people to hear what I`m writing
and I want them to say: gee that`s good
I don`t want their dirty money
because I prefer success not celebrity
all I want is success not celebrity
success not celebrity

Missing Link
04:39
|
|||
where is the missing link between me and myself
the missing link between heaven and hell
the missing link between right and wrong
the missing link between me and my song
I tried so hard to understand
the meaning of it all
but it got out of hand
what`s the difference between what`s right and crime
in this particular time
you are the missing link between me and myself
the missing link between heaven and hell
the missing link between right and wrong
the missing link between me and my song
I tried to always be sound and sane
I always tried to do right
But it was all in vain
I could never be in to share a dime
In this particular time
Feeling the presence of abstinence
Making the meaning of meaningless
Going in sane over emptiness
I am the missing link between me and myself
the missing link between heaven and hell
the missing link between right and wrong
the missing link between me and my song
I knew I had it inside myself
The wonder of it all
I left it on the shelf
Will I listen to all the bells that chime
In this particular time
In this particular time

So Far No Good
04:26
|
|||
the future passes by
while I`m busy living my life
so far no good
to answer every why
I`m too dizzy striving the strife
so far no good
they told me if I`d fight my way
it would all be so right one day
so far no good
so far no good
so far no good
so far no good
I`m not a handsome man
but I`d rather swim in your lake
so far no good
I`m doing what I can
just to find that it all is a fake
so far no good
they told me I could do it right
if I only turned to the light
so far no good
so far no good
so far no good
so far no good
the world gets out of hand
and we`re fighting as we could win
so far no good
the gold will turn to sand
and the lighting is never in
so far no good
they told me it would be OK
if I learned how to see the play
so far no good
so far no good
so far no good
so far no good
so far no good

Unlocking the Door
01:15
|
|||
pulled out the key
went to the door
I was going to unlock the door
But it appeared to be so very hard
I struggled hard
The lock was bad
I was going to unlock the door
I tried and tried
But it didn`t work out right
Ugly words came over my lips
Sweat came from my brow
Pushed down the hilt
The door went up
I was going to unlock the door
But it appeared to be already unlocked

The Domestic Jump
06:51
|
|||
I was hoovering over the dust
Domestic jump
Making a copy of the cat
Domestic jump
A human part of your body
Domestic jump
Domestic jump
Domestic jump
When they left me here holding the bag
Domestic jump
Telling me I´m a gaping star
Domestic jump
But we’re all writing like chicken scratch
Domestic jump
Domestic jump
Domestic jump
Domestic jump
Domestic jump
Domestic jump

Potato Song
04:08
|
|||
Friendly I wanna tell you
Something `bout an old man
Friendly I wanna tell you
Just the same once again
Friendly I wanna tell you
Something `bout an old man
Do you think I`m repeating
Well I am
Friendly I wanna tell you
Tell you all that I can
My dog`s wanting to sell you
I would give you the van
Try to eat the potato
Try to give us a clue
Try to eat the potato
I`ll eat you
Friendly I wanna see you
Dining right here by me
Friendly I wanna hear you
Tell me `bout my big fee
Sit up on the bad table
Suff`ring people and me
We`re all going to tell you
To let be
Friendly I wanna tell you
My dog`s lying in bed
He`s got many to sell to
I`d advice you to run
Try to eat the potato …
